Desktop PC restart randomly

My computer restart suddenly and I couldn’t find an issue on my PC what causing this. I unplugged all RAM’s, VGA, Hard Disks from the mother board and only PSU and mother board is connected. But still the restarting issue was there. Then when I check the PSU power tester the ports did not provide necessary power. Warrant claimed.
